Distillery
Martinique
The RECYNOV® vinasse recycling unit enables near water self-sufficiency.
-
100% of Extracted Water Reused (770 m³/day)
-
Recovery of Remaining Concentrate (190 m³/day) through Composting for Soil Return
-
An Ultra-Compact Installation (<120 m²)
Thanks to the RECYNOV® installation, the distillery was able to replace its old facilities and reclaim 6,000 m² of land, now available to support the growth and expansion of its operations.

Dairy plant
Vendée
RECYNOV® Dairy Effluent Recycling Unit
The site processes 5 million liters of milk annually to produce 624 tons of cheese. Thanks to the RECYNOV® technology deployed on-site, 14,400 m³ of wastewater are now treated and valorized each year, significantly reducing discharged volumes and optimizing the site’s water management.
-
11,600 m³ of water are extracted and reused each year
-
2,800 m³ of concentrate are valorized through biomethanization each year

Camping
Hérault, France
Facing increasing water stress, this 880 EH campsite chose to implement the RECYNOV® solution to treat and reuse its wastewater on-site, ensuring the sustainability of its operations while maintaining the excellence of its 5-hectare property.
-
Since Implementation:
-
Production capacity: 70 m³/day of water, reused for irrigation, totaling 15,000 m³/year
-
Providing 80% of the Covered Park’s Water Needs

-
Production Capacity: 28 m³/day
-
Irrigation capacity for over 100 trees in the surrounding green spaces
-
Effective Mitigation of Urban Heat Islands

Zero Impact on the Local Population

MUNICIPAL
Luxembourg
In the context of centralized wastewater treatment for several municipalities, the water management association initiated a modernization process aimed at replacing aging plants and upgrading—or even completely rebuilding—the existing facilities.
-
The NeoStep® technology was selected for wastewater treatment in this municipality of 1,500 EH:
-
Delivering very high-quality water into a sensitive natural environment with a potable water catchment
-
Reduce Sludge Volume
-
Minimize Disturbances
In addition to achieving these objectives, the Neostep® unit provides significant retention of pharmaceutical pollutants, endocrine disruptors, and microplastics, greatly reducing their presence in the discharge.
