We begin by testing solutions in our in-house laboratory and, depending on project needs, on-site with our mobile membrane filtration pilot units.

These pilots use processes such as nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF), and reverse osmosis (RO), available on skids or in containerized units.

Next, we size the system and plan its installation, taking technical and operational constraints into account.

Finally, we analyze and optimize both investment and operating costs to ensure a solution that is reliable, high-performing, and economically efficient.

Once the tests are validated, our engineers from the Design Office take over to develop a solution perfectly tailored to each client’s needs.

Our design studies include:

  • Precise equipment sizing to ensure performance while respecting your site’s constraints.

  • Definition of treatment process diagrams (Process Flow Diagrams) and layout plans for optimal installation.

  • Integration of technical, regulatory, and environmental constraints to ensure compliance and long-term sustainability of the solution.

At NEREUS, every installation is manufactured and tested in our workshop.

We assemble the modules (skid or container), perform quality checks, and conduct functional tests to ensure reliable, high-performance equipment that is easy to install on-site.

This approach delivers robust solutions that are ready to use as soon as they arrive at our clients’ facilities.

We offer maintenance and operation contracts that ensure the performance and longevity of the installations.

Our teams continue to support our clients, optimizing water use and enhancing the value of the resource.

NEREUS can cover all or part of the financing for your installation through its integrated model. Our clients pay either based on the volume consumed or via a fixed payment, determined according to the initial investment, contract duration, and guaranteed volumes.

We offer flexible contracts tailored to your needs, such as Build, Own, and Operate (BOO), where NEREUS retains ownership of the installation, or Build, Own, and Transfer (BOT), with ownership transferred at the end of the contract.

Rates are indexed annually and may include options such as gradual capacity increases, tiered or declining payments.

This solution allows financing to be spread over the long term, reduces the impact of the investment on cash flow, and provides financing available from the design and construction phase without requiring bank guarantees.
